Hawaii or all inclusive carribean vacation?

me and my wife (mid-20s) looking to travel for two weeks in january somewhere. not looking to relax the whole time , and def wanna do lots if active stuff like canopy tours, seeing waterfalls, atv tours, and lots of snorkeling and so much more also. but both these places have all of this and ive priced both places , and not far from each other on price either. safety still not to sure on both places cause ive heard that hawaiians dont like mainlanders, and jamaica is not the safest place . so where in the carribean should we go? which all inclusive resort? or stick with hawaii? looking to spend about 4-5k on flight , hotel and car, and about 2k on spending money(food, gift shopping, and excursions). thanks for the help in advanced

I’ve been to both and I’d say to go to Hawaii. Anyone that has the cash to go there should go at least once in their lifetime! I recommend Maui for at least a week, then figure out someplace else. Maybe Oahu so you can see Waikiki, and rent a car to drive to the beautiful North Shore.
Oh and research the weather for January too, that might factor into your decision.
