Why is my rebuilt engine 2003 honda atv keeps blowing white smoke?

Rancher 350ES, new crankshaft, new bearings, oil pump , new clutch, cam, new manga bored 50mm cylinder, new piston and rings, rebuilt head (valves FULL, docks, etc) within 100 miles before the new piston pin. Took the bike after the reconstruction and ran about 5 miles then started to smoke as crazy. Acceleration in lower gears smoke the area of high RPM then reduces but does not eliminate the smoke. When at idle it smokes like hell. I'm on this bike a lot money to go around. This problem is what led me to begin reconstruction in the first place.

The water is in it. if you did not rebuild to bring it back to who did it. white smoke is usually odorless waterblue or gray smoke is the smell of grease and oil, you have a crack somhere.
