I need a clutch adjustment bolt on my 1984 honda 200es?

The store I went to this party can not obtain if anyone knows where I can get one or if there is a replacing it let me know. It is part number 14 on this site http://www.rochestermotorsports.com/fiche_section_detail.asp?section=117163&category=ATVs&make=HONDA&year=1984&fveh=2798

I suppose it to be a dealer item or something of the nostril. Perhaps the party could be made in a garage that has a CNC machine? Perhaps a similar part could be modified to work in his grave …
