I'm 5 '7'': A Honda CRF 450 is good for my height?

I went to the dealer. I saw a Honda CRF 230. It was quite high. I would not be able to flat foot the ground, but to my surprise (it was my first time on a dirt bike) really was fully able to flat foot the ground, because suspension is so sensitive. I'm 5 '7''130 lbs. A Honda CRF 450 I have? Thank you.

physically, you can sit on it and be able to stand on the ground if the compression is set low enough, but an inexperienced driver has no business in a 450 race bike, so that do not "fit" that
