GPS garmin360 maintains over load when the load attached to the cigarette lighter charging system on a motorcycle?
i installed garmin car charger approved for my garmin nuvi 360 in a 2003 honda shadow. system works as follows. 1. terminal of the battery accessories for light cigarettes. garmin device approved load to the GPS. when the GPS shows low battery and the charger is connected GPS seems to charge almost instantly, but goes on a on / off loop. when i hook GPS on your PC at home everything seems back to normal. No charges are listed. I suspect GPS is becoming too strong a signal. I left all the cig lighter fuse intact attachment. i would take both cars and bicycles etc 12 volts, and a diagnostic check of the battery terminal ACCESSORIES same as the GPS is running on is the one I use for recharging the battery with the battery charger ….?
1. The charger is not connected to correct port. Some devices have USB port or extra USB port and should not be used as a 12V connection 2. The 12v cable may be damaged or is not compatible with the Garmin nuvi is used. Replacement cable can be obtained through any Garmin dealer or our online store at: https: / / buy.garmin.com / shop /
