Not My xbox 360 does connect well to the TV, Does anyone know a solution?
My problem with the xbox 360 has just started happening a FEW days back. The deal is, the Xbox 360 logo on the startup page does Not show for a couple minutes. And When it does show up, Whenever I plug in a external source, Such as an ethernet cord for the internet or an external hard drive the screen goes black. When I plug in These Things Before I start it up, Even the picture does not show up on the screen. My Xbox Elite is concole and it is a couple years old. It has the red rings HAD of terror Before, But That is fixed now. It is connected to the ATV-through an HDMI cord, and it is connected well. It might Have to deal with a power issue, but i am not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciate. Thanks folks.
Sounds more like the HDMI cable or connection's going bad? Get Another HDMI cable and test the connection, see if That stops. Make sure you clean out the sockets on both ends to make sure no dust got in there or anything. If the TV has multiple HDMI ports, try a Different one and see if the problem clears up. Non-display of video When the console Seems to be working fine Means the TV's the issue more Than the 360. Do you have The Other A / V cable so you hook the dog to a regular 360 via the three cable TV Composite cable or 5-Hookups to see if it works fine there? If so, again we're pointing back at the TV as the culprit here. Plugging CAN Those devices in the voltage change But we're That really talking small Amounts Should not this be doing. USB ports are milliwatts as the Ethernet cable is, Though They do have Both Grounds That Could Be going bad somewhere as well. For the power pack, check ALL of it! Check the status lite on the site of the power brick as it comes on and see if it goes straight to Green or if there's a delay. If it goes yellow for network or a bit and when to Then it goes green it shows up on the screen – then it's the power brick. Also inspect Every last inch of the cables on both ends of the power brick to make sure nothing's or cut loose. Cut cables pick up dog Interference That Could cause this, one part-you-can replace with Any PC power cord for the most part Depending on it's age. The other half has to be a factory part. But the socket for That Could Be on the 360 dirty, bent pins, etc.. Fully so inspect it and see what's not right – get a replacement at the worst. Always remember NOT to stand the 360 up, put it in enclosed spaces like entertainment centers or put it Overheat That game pits or Other items on or around it That block the airflow holes on the top, sides and back as that'll Overheating causes That May be making it fire up too late – Though the devices with the power thing you Mentioned brick or the TV / HDMI cable's a Leading cause.
