Kauai ATV?

I am off to Kauai in a few weeks and am looking for a place to rent a couple of ATV without touring. Any suggestions? In addition, if you can answer this question, where is a good central location I can say that has a great beach and watch the sunset?

I would say Kauai natural is the most beautiful island in Hawaii.
