2009 Kawasaki Bayou 250?

I really want to have a brand quad last several years and on my behalf, I found the local Kawasaki Bayou 250 and I wondered if this model would be a durable and long lasting, reliable ATV. Also at the concession is $ 300 more than the price recommended by the manufacturer, is what they expect to haggle or something?
