Kazuma ATV makes warranty covers defects in frameworks coyote?

My ten year olds is broken into two peices Coyote framework twice since Christmas, weighs only 60 pounds. The frame was broken at the pivot point between the engine and seat. and the place I bought it to fix the first time, but only for two weeks! The dealer said no warranty Kazuma frameworks of their products. Any help would be appreciated

I hate to say this, but Kazuma and all the other Chinese ATV warranty does not cover very well. Most have no guarantee at all. The Japanese like Honda ATV, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki are guaranteed for 6 months but probably not necessary, even since he did well and last for at least 10 to 20 years. Watch and see if banks do not go out of business in about a year. That is life in general. Japanese bikes cost more, but you get what you pay for.
