ok, I could get a stroller that is not street legal soon, and what I know is I can travel in subdivision legally? … I mean … is a small subdivision with only 23 houses, and children in my neighbor hood actively riding dirt bikes, golf carts, ATV's, and 3-wheel all day, and nobody cares!
