Kikker Mini Choppers

Kikker 5150 Hardknock for a beginner ??
I have been looking at the Kikker 5150 Hardknock mini choppers for quite a while and I am in love with the style. However, I am definitely an amateur when it comes to anything on 2 wheels. I have never driven a motorcycle and rarely ever rode a bike when I was younger. Is it a bad idea for me to get one of these? Part of me says its stupid and part of me says that life is short and I should go for it. What do you think?
On a side note, does anyone know of the legality of these in Indiana? Thanks.
Take a MSF course to learn how to ride. Then for the cost of the Chinease bike, that won’t hold up, you can buy a good used motorcyle to build your riding skills.
If you still want a chopper or bobber, you can build one from a used motorcycle, possibly the one you learn to ride with.
