Kymco Scooter
I have a 06 or 07 50cc scooter kymco vitality. How I can remove the Govone. Just do 28 mph even downhill?
Even when going downhill i cannot cost more than 29 or thirty. Is it safe to remove the govornor or burn the motor or something? I know someone who has a 50 cc scooter and his old and goes 50 mph.
