Lance Venice 150cc Scooter?

I am looking into getting my first scooter. I went to the Honda store, where they want $ 2200 for a 150, and Yamaha, which means $ 2,700 for a 125. The scooter Lance Venice scooter factory had caught my attention, both in design and much cheaper price of $ 1500. Always I said you get what you pay for though. I'm a little tired of buying something expensive off the Internet with out getting opinions of others. I eventually I have some questions: 1. It is becoming more expensive and better known name value the extra money? 2. Are you getting the parts of the Spear a pain in the you know what? 3. Is it Scooter factory a good retailer? Please help

Scooter Factory Is a good retailer? <N of the chain reliable parts, no service to speak of, and the factory Scooter has not complied with warranty claims twice that I know, but I've heard, second hand, that the claims have been denied because the service provider did not file the warranty period, the paper correctly. Sounds fishy to me. The Internet is a great place to get information, but is a terrible place to buy high-priced items such as scooters. When you buy a Yamaha motorcycle dealer or local Honda, you get a chain of parts and service. Travel insurance
