Mini Chopper Part
I'll make a mini switch, and I have some questions.?
as a summer project I'm thinking of doing a mini switch using a 4hp Briggs & Stratton of an old lawnmower that Im getting for free craigslist says it starts, but usually keep running, but I'm kind of combustion engines internal school and I am pretty sure I just need to clean the air filter and maybe put a little gas directly into the cylinder … but I have several questions … I have no 1.I a welder, where I can get one cheap? 2.I do not have a pipe bender, where I can get one cheap? 3.When I can find a fist? Is it necessary shop online or a shop that I can get them as an auto parts store or home depot?
you may be better to use an old dirt motor bike. already have a clutch and transmission. It does not sound like the kind that has been duly instructed in the troubleshooting. I've never heard of putting gas in the cylinder, and I recommend it. in carbohydrates. is something else, but in the cylinder only flooding. would not be the air filter or as otherwise it would have the drowning. sounds like it was stored with fuel in it, and has a gummed up carbs. you would want to take the carburetor apart and clean all ports him. especially the float. you may find it easier to start with only a dirt bike old. otherwise would have to look around and custom meet the steering, brakes, and most of the components of your engine. I think you should start with a 100cc or more and rebuild most of the structure. there is no way a frame of bent pipe and solder only. remember that you must have a way to tighten the string (the strings can stretch over time.) have a clutch and transmission of some kind. (You will not be able to download the RPMs just a small sprocket and a large crown.) And accompany bike most of the little things that you need, like a fist (which can be picked up at any store that sells parts dirt bike.) A welder cheap? not I recommend, I would be looking for a used, but good need for a 240V outlet, as you would see a and electric range or dryer, and the fact that countless people burn their houses down because they forget about the monitoring of fire half an hour for welding in the wooden buildings. Not to mention the fact that good weld takes a long time to learn. As for a pipe bender, are you talking about a mechanic, or a manual that uses a big stick? Good for heavy metal would be out of your price range. Looking around for a steel fabrication shop around your community. If you're really nice, you can only bend some pipes, or welding a joint from time to time. (Do not ask yourself, steel-toe area, and really do not need you on the way)
