Mini Choppers Frames

How I can make a Honda Rancher 350 street legal in North Carolina? Or is there another street legal car I can buy?

I have a Honda Rancher. A great old 350 and I was wanting to know how to make it street legal. Or if there is an alternative. One thing that really interests me is Mini Choppers. There are 2 problems however. One is that I'm 6 feet 3 inches, 240 pounds and still growing. The other is that I do not want to drive something with a plastic frame, just because appearance. Any suggestions?
