Dirtbike Questions?
I have 15 years and has about $ 2,000 for birthdays and gardening to spend on a dirt bike What is the best bike I can get with that money? I'm new to dirt bikes, but had a mini dirt bike before. I'm probably going to use in the desert and that perhaps a few jumps. I am a noob to dirtbikes so please be nice. Looking for something with a clutch gear shift? Do not know what its called. Sufficient power perhaps it covers about 60 accerleration decent. But not too powerful that the only way to 150 in 5 "7 Hope someone can help me Thanks
Pick up a really nice used Honda CRF230F $ 2000 and would be the perfect size for you. The 150F is much cheaper and has much less power. The 150 also can be a bit short for you. You could also get a used 85 or 125 motocross bike, but I would not recommend it, although I'm sure others. These bikes just not good for the inexperienced pilot. Below is an example of a 230 in that price range. Remember that you can almost always speak for the people a bit in price.
