Mini Motorcycle’s, is it worth it/what are the requirments? reliability etc?
Hi I am 16 going on 17 and I was considering getting a scooter or moped to get me around town this summer, everything I intend to do will be local, why not have a fun and fuel efficient and cheap ride right? well while looking around I came across this: http://www.worldebuy.com/mpw-3009.htm .
I have no idea who makes it and this is the only sight Ive seen with something like it, is this basically or really close to life size? I understand its a much weaker engine then a real motorcycle and can’t go as fast but thats the reason why you don’t need to get it registered or need a special licence for it in the state of NH (right?) so what Im wondering is, are there other websites that sell stuff like this, are these crappy, are they considered mopeds and any other info you can get on them, thanks so much for any help!
Remember this, if it is over 50cc you will need a Motorcycle license for it. Any bikes coming into the States over 50cc has been labeled a Motorcycle or for Off Road use. You indicated that it was a mini Motorcycle, and yes I know what you are speaking of. But, you must consider the CC of the Motor. If for some reason you get pulled over on that bike and it is higher than 50cc, you could get hit with hefty fines pal. Just make sure that it is not over 50cc, keep a COPY of the Certificate of Title on you, and wear a Helmet. Chances are you wil get pulled over (everyone does for one thing or another). Oh yeah, make sure that it is on road bike, not a Dirt Bike.
