Do you think a mini step by step is helpful or harmful?
I like to cross train and was looking for something quiet to do when my children were sleeping. I also want to firm my hamstrings / quadriceps and buttocks. What are your recs of a "good" portable machine domestic use. I have the gazelle and the total coach now, but looking for something mobile.
Honestly, I would not be recommending any machine … fashion good weights free, a spike and step (the one used in step aerobics) is all you need for a great lower body workout.
