WARN winch is a good brand to put in a road vehicle for a snow plow?

We still have problems with failing on lathes our ATV. We use the winch to lift the plow Moose have given to the ATV – I think this plow is 4 feet wide, could be 5 feet and is one hundred pounds or less.
