need help choosing a moped?

I am looking to buy a moped or motorcycle. I'm mostly looking to the mark but I wanted to find motofino a site that gives side by side and unbiased customer reviews. any help would be greatly appreciated

http://www.scootforum.com is on impartial forum only scooter I've found. Most everyone else is geared to a particular manufacturer. My personal opinion is that Kymco will give the best value for money considering that they are not very expensive (not too cheap), but they are very reliable. To each his own though.
