What are the most reliable online scooters / moped shops?

I am looking for a cheap but relatively resistant scooter or moped as a means of transport. I seek a few online sites, but the few I've met some have bad reviews. Although I'm conflicted because I still see large offers, so you do not know who to trust. Anyone have any opinions or references? Point me in the right direction, maybe? I'm new to this. It's my first bike. BozoBust .. Never choose a "best answer" because I have never enough points to do so .. lol. No "Quit" to my question.

Sorry Dude. I would answer, but I see you're one of those people who ask questions, and then abandon them. You do not always seem to choose the best answer – let your questions go to a vote. Bad form. Inconsiderate people taking time to share views with you. You might reconsider their actions because you some very good questions. Good luck. EDIT: Understood, Dogon. So in that case, do not buy online. But the use of its ability to search online sources and suppliers.
