Aprilia SR50 R / R UK legislation factory please help!?

I was thinking of buying the SR50 or SR50 R Factory motorcycle, and appears to be one of the most reliable and best in every aspect Mopeds for the moment, however, I read on websites that apparently these bikes are too powerful for the United Kingdom (England) roads and have been receiving conufsed because they do not know if they are legal or not the road. This is one of the articles I found, however, I'm not sure if this bike is the same: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aprilia_SR50 So does anyone know if the moped I'm wanting to buy (the R SR50, SR50 NO) is legal on UK roads, or if not, does anyone have any suggestions for similar mopeds. If your moped 50cc one, can be mounted under a CBT. It also needs a valid road tax and insurance, but need not be an MOT for 3 years if brand new. in 50cc power is nowhere near the legal limit of the owner of the TCC. The 125R aprilli that resembles a road bike is super fast and really for a 125 is still legal map for a holder of CBT. So you'll have no problem.
