Purchase a moped/scooter and pay up monthly – UK?

Do any of you know of any dealers around the UK, preferably Scotland (as i am from Glasgow), which give the option of Pay Monthly schemes for new and used Mopeds/Scooters?

Been looking around although i cannot find any in Scotland!
