Bikes are safe? Yes and No!
Motor scooters, both electric scooters and gas scooters, are a style of motorcycle that have a step through frame and have become a very popular method of travel around the world. They have been moving quickly from showrooms at a record pace. But what many people do not realize is that motor scooters are classified as motor vehicles when it comes to traffic regulations. And though they are objects of desire for many, also can be dangerous for many.
They are usually regulated by state law either motorcycles and are subject to many of the same rules as other vehicles motor. With a careful and alert driver a scooter can be as safe as any other vehicle on the road. But accidents frequently occur when drivers think motor scooters are exempt from the conventions that apply to cars.
Motor scooters (sometimes called mopeds or go peds) are commonly purchased for use by children and adolescents, most of whom do not even possess a valid driver's license. licensed drivers have had a certain amount training behind the wheel of a car, unlike many motor scooter drivers under the age of 16. To be sure motorcycle driver must think of himself as being invisible to other drivers who were headed for the busy streets. A scooter driver can not assume that other drivers view.
One sure way to a scooter driver would assume that they are completely invisible to other drivers and then act accordingly. A motorcycle rider should be ready to maneuver out of danger, if another driver makes a sudden and unexpected movement. Being safe means staying alert at all times. Being safe also means follow the rules of the road and not making unnecessary or risky moves in traffic that could cause their moped scooter dart in front of another moving vehicle. the Automobile drivers must have time to react to the movements of a scooter driver.
There are many reasons for owning a motor scooter. They are often used to travel short distances around the neighborhood to perform errands. Because of their size, fuel efficiency, weight, and usually larger storage of a motorcycle, they are ideal in this situation. But in the hands of young people without previous driving experience, which can be fatal.
The ATV go carts, scooters and mini bikes are other vehicles which are often owned and operated by younger drivers. ATVs are usually used off road along with dirt bikes and mini bikes. Go karts are typically driven on paved tracks specifically for the go cart. The go kart, mini bike, dirt bike or ATVs do not usually hit the road where you have to fight with cars. Therefore, also avoid many of the dangers that scooter drivers must face.

These young people may be too young to have a license driving, and the result is a dangerous situation. They are more popular than ever, but as its popularity grows, people's awareness of driving regulations do not has kept pace, especially among the younger generation.
Children often think of scooters motor as toys, not as adult vehicles. But a bike is not a toy. It is a potentially dangerous motor vehicle subject to certain laws and regulations. In addition, young people tend to think of themselves as being immune to automobile driving regulations and immune to accidents as well. "It will not happen to me" is a very common attitude among young people. But it is precisely this attitude that can get into trouble.
