What mopeds / motorcycles are legal and available to ride on the streets of California?
I was looking for information on mopeds / motorcycles and basically explain everything to me, such as mpg, the cost, which is the highest mph is doing what "cc" means so I need to know are legal to ride on the streets of California as a vehicle. If anyone has any information or reputable sites or vendors please let me know. Thanks Oh and if anyone has any issues regarding whether it would be able to travel to school in the streets (no freeways), which is about 15 minutes or is unsafe? or have to carry a better even though cost is higher? In addition, other than riding a bike lane, riding as far as that in the streets, do you need a specific type of license?
A scooter would be great for what you want. But the three major brands of scooters score in the world are in Japan. Then Piaggio, Vespa and finally Kymco. Of the three Kymco is probably the best for running on city streets to 35 mph would be the Agility 50 and can receive up to 100 + MPG. After that is the Agility 125 about 55 miles per hour, and maybe 80mpg. Both are about 2k out the door. Much better than any jap scooters. Also as you are doing is genuine and Buddy are the property of Vespa but not so expensive.
