Motocross Dirt Bike

What is the difference between track bikes and motocross?
well the other day I was looking Honda.com some dirt bikes and motorcycles are not only cross but there are many bike path that you can buy. Now anyone can tell me the difference between motocross and trail bikes, I am your mind something to do with the suspension? thx
I'm not sure what you mean when you say 'is not just dirt bikes. "Any bike is going to buy a dirt bike, good for trail riding. Not street legal, no light head no tail lights. The things that make for motocross is as follows, more than the suspension. 1. remove the spark arrestor, and that robs power.
