Silverwing and Suzuki Burgman Honday for sissies?
I want my first bike. I do not want a motorcycle. I want a bike. During September you can get great a two-passenger, 115 mph scooter with automatic transmission, and much safer because it has a much lower center of gravity. A motorcycle has a high weight. A scooter leads to about a foot lower, and therefore much less likely to tip over. The Burgman 650 is supposed to pass a Harley Davidson. At least the review I read said they were going Harleys with no problem. When I mentioned this to my step brother (Mr. Kawasaki speed bike) who had a hysterical attack and acted as if he intended ride in a pink tutu. Does anyone know anything about either of these bikes? Do they seem that effeminate?
Both good bikes, both run at speeds of Interstate all day. The Suzuki is probably the best buy. It also has more storage space. I do not know where people have the idea that the scooters, bicycles or Sportster small displacement are "sissy bikes" or "girl's bike." A rider on a scooter or bike maneuvers faces the same challenges as a rider on a Gold Wing or Ultra Glide (maybe more). Ride your own ride and tell your brother to ride your own ride.
