UK only – Any idea where I can go with my boyfriend to spend Sunday night and all day Monday?

We both have bikes for a bike event is good. If others do nice romantic hotel somewhere with things to do on Monday. We live in Bristol in a place not too far away, maybe somewhere that is not takes 2 hours to travel. Thanks
