Motorbikes Doncaster

Is it free to park a scooter / motorcycle in any parking?

I live in Doncaster and the main car park beside the market, on wages and symbols on the screen does not mention the collection of parking of motorcycles, but there are parking spaces for motorcycles. I have a bike and wants to go to town on it, Do you think free parking is pay and display?
