Does anyone know where I can get a learner bike CHEAP?

I want to get a 125cc motorcycle, but the problem is I can not find a cheap, all we can find are £ 1k + I really do not want to spend more than about 600 pounds on a bike, because I see no point spending loads on a bike that is more likely zero up like crazy. I do not want a Chinese bike garbage, and I want a manual, and must be within about 50 miles from Exeter. I've tried ebay but most are too far. Tried Biketrader and local newspapers also, most people want £ 1,000 for a bicycle. : /
