¿Puedo conducir Dirt Bike en el camino?

Hola, acabo de ganar una subasta de un chino 125 cc pista de bici de la suciedad. Lamentablemente no he visto o escuchado acerca de dirt bike o bicicleta de pista en mi país de nacimiento, así que no tengo idea de si puedo viajar a mi lado a otro de la Universidad de Auckland, Nueva Zelanda, que está a unos 12 km. Mi uno de los amigo me dijo que yo no puedo conducir por carretera ya que se resbalen en el camino. Segundo problema, Auckland lloviendo casi todos los días segundo, así que mi cara, la ropa, así como coches de detrás se sucio. Sobre el estado legal, así que no tengo idea.
