What is the limit for those who need a motorcycle license for a moped in Oregon?

I have 25 and I'm looking into getting a moped, but want to know what is the cc limit is to not need a motorcycle license or what other restrictions that may exist. Thanks!

I live in Oregon as well. The limit is 50 cc scooters. Anything above that and you need a motorcycle endorsement. Anything below that and you are golden, always and when you have a standard drivers license I think.
