My ATV was stolen and recovered, how long do I have to recover from the insurance company?

It was stolen in North Carolina, New Jersey. I had insurance on it, so I money, but I would like to buy it back.

If insurance paid the claim, which now owns of your ATV. Contact them and ask if they sell it to you. Maybe if you are returning the money I gave you, and pay for recovery.
