Any places in NJ / NY area for camping and off-road?

Does anyone know of any good in any area of NJ, PA, NY or are good off road / paste spots [all-terrain 4x4 trucks for no] also can camp at or near the camp grounds? I am planning a trip for mid November, so ideally a place that has the cabin rental not only tent sites.
