They come in automatic. They also come in a manual gearbox depends on what you prefer. The CAPS in the same way on a bike does. With the clutch lever on the handlebar and fork side shift left. Changing pattern is the same as a regular bike. No, do not need a license plate, because they are not street legal in most states.
