I need help with the purchase of a moped pleasseee!?

Hi, I'm turning 16 in July and i need help with deciding to buy mopeds. I'm not looking to spend too much all I want to save some money for my car, when i turn 17, so I guess I'll have to buy a second hand moped. Just want to know if someone can recommend a good reliable moped, I need a reliable, fast, good acceleration, relitively cheap and safe as possible, Does anyone know of some good scooters out there that are well known for safety and reliabillity as well as being faster? I mainly want it to reach to college and back. Can anyone recommend me something, please? I heard the piaggio zip is good, someone has some comments? Legally, should be restricted when you're 16. So definitely not be fast, or have any acceleration at all. This really upset before I have mine de-restricted, which has to be 17 for a report to your insurance company. For the "best" Acceleration of the market, I think he wants a Ludix peugeot blaster, accelerated slightly more than others, but I like the look of them personally. I'll have a Peugeot Speedfight, nice looking, reliable, and thick, so it tends to slip and slide that much rain or ice.
