Pocket Bike / Mini Motorcyle Turning Off When I Press Gas!?

Hi, i have a blata 49cc pocket bike… Its made in italy..its very fast..i thought i could make it faster by tuning the needle thing that you screw in with a flathead screwdriver…after that when i turn the motorcycle on the choke has to be up fully so it can go full speed…i turn it on its fine as i rise the choke lever the engin starts to die even if i dont press gas…and when i drive it when the choke is 25% down it goes no more than 5 MPH and if i ever let go off the gas the engine will shut off.. and also when i pres gas at the same time as moving the choke lever up the engin makes a lower sound as if youre blowing in youre fist… that type of sound….and the engine shuts off…WHAT SHOULD I DO PLEASE HELP!

turn it back to where it was at….youve taken the air fuel mixture out of sink……..
