I have a gas pocketbike and I can not begin, where and how I can fix it repaired?

its a pocket bike i cagllari not walk for 7 months and when the summer came I tried to start and did not start. i gas in the tank would be the problem. and gas is not trapped in the tube that connects the motor. when I pull the ignition start engine a bit and then off quickly. Wouuld I have to clean out egin?

that's the biggest problem is not really working alone stores in no small motorcycle dealers to find a bike shop or a small engine shop best of luck
