or who are blind u cannot see that a 50cc scooter is much bigger than a pocket bike? I also think they are so retarded u, u can not get through ur head that no state is to legalize a pocket bike, which have been illegal on the streets since the day they were made, and still are illegal for street use. no state will allow pocket bike registration.
