While your cassette Shimano is compatible, and I honestly do not know of any other rule, it can use your current cassette. You will need a splitter you can get at any bike shop good. You probably want to adjust the rear derailer after installing the new wheel. Instructions can be found on the web page for your brand of rear derailer, usually a Shimano or SRAM.
