If the pocket bikes are not legal on the street can mount?
If I ride in a gated community can be a cop stop me and give me a ticket or confiscate the bike? I live in Florida by the way, Collier County, if that helps. I just want to make sure so do not be shot and tasered to death. You sound snob police, even in the text.
As noted above, you can not ride a pocket bike in any way public. These things are a complete waste of money. It is amazing how on Yahoo Answers have these expensive toys. Pocket bikes will never be legal to use the street. By the way, police do not have the habit of shooting someone to ride a pocket bike on the street. Unless the pilot pulls out a gun when the police pull it again. Please follow the simple instructions below when it comes to the police.
