Polaris Outlaw
Polaris Outlaw headlight problem.?
I just got a new 08 Outlaw 525 IRS and the headlights wont work. I was wondering if anybody else had this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks.
I had the same problem with my Polaris sportsman. I just traced the wires from the light and found a connector that was unplugged. I asked the dealer about it when I took it back for service and he informed me that the 4 wheelers show up in crates and they have to assemble them. One of their workers must have missed it. I went over it in the shop with one of the workers, and we found several other things wrong, such as all 4 wheels lug nuts were loose and starting to back off. One of the shocks was loose and the bolt fell out. I could go on and on about the little stuff. Not sure if this is your problem but it may be something simple like a loose connector, or a bad bulb or something else. If it’s new, take it in while it’s under warranty. Other than that I love my Polaris. I plan on buying another one or two when I get the money.
