Help! how can i set-up a dirt bike free social group, so everyone be responsible for joins That own injury?

Hi, my name is brad and I am Wanting to set-up for free non registeredd social off road motor bike for Families group so That Even the Kids Can Ride On any type of dirt bike. I Have Been Offered Farmers properties to ride on, but i want to rules the Farmers be responsible for liability if Any Was Anyone There to eat off bike / quad. It is very expensive These Days to go to motocross tracks and Basically we are Wanting to create a place to make friends, camp and Have a great time.Can Anyone please tell me if There Is Some Kind of Disclaimer Along them lines or something That I Am Able to put in place, so That I Can create website and get the ball rolling.
