I want a quad?

I had my first go on a quad, but now I want more. I totally want to buy one, but I'm not sure where I could ride it. Could someone tell me 1) where to buy a cheap (near Edinburgh, Scotland). 2) Where could ride a smooth man (Near Edinburgh too).
