Which is better for agriculture – a mini-tractor or a Quad (ATV)?

I have a 2 acre property on the Gold Coast. I am ready to grow the trees fruit and vegetable gardens. The property has a slope of approximately 20 * and grass him. The mechanism should be capable of pulling a small trailer if can be able to mow the lawn. I do not want to spend more than $ 5,000 (second hand). My question is this … I buy a Quad (ATV) or a miniature tractor? Must be able to drive to the top of the hill at a steady rate. Also – if an ATV is the best option – cc I have to get? As a last note – if possible, I would love to be able to use the vehicle in a funny way (ie, riding around, jumping, etc)

If you are going to get a quad, and plan to pull a trailer, be sure to get a larger one. At least 200 cc +. If a tractor, a tractor receives largest of at least 18 HP for a small or half tractor, which has wheels and regular tractor tires.
