What are some strengthening exercises for the quads and hamstrings?
I have tendinitis in my knee and i already stretch some, but the dr. told me to strengthen my quads and hamstrings to help also i know i can do squats but what else
anything else i can do?

Do both 3-4 times per week for say 15-20 minutes per session. You’ll experience strength in your quads and hamstrings, in about 6-8 weeks.
