Racing Atv Parts
i have a atv with no title or seiral numbers on the frame. how can i get a title for it?
all that i have is a reciept that i wrote up from a reg recipt book. i have no paper work. 80% of the bike was pieced together from ebay parts so it not stock now it set up for racing. what can i do?
In most states, an ATV is considered to be a piece of personal property, just like your TV set or your cell phone. It is not a motor vehicle, and you don’t get a title. The best you can do is to document the source of the parts you used to build the vehicle, and if you sell it, give that documentation to the next owner.
