Top end Rebuild Atv 4 stroke.?
I will rebuild my Yamaha Warrior 350. Im buying Wescio piston and rings and get new seals. This will be my first four stroke rebuild, I can not do nothing like 2 stroke. Any advice or anything I should know? I can remove the cylinder in place new rings. I DO NOT know how to set the calendar. Any body knows how to set it up? I have to adjust or replace the vavle vavle guides? Any help … Thanks! The ATV is a standard Yamaha Warrior 1999 was, completely stock motor. This reconstruction is not so bad if you're already familiar with the internal functioning engine. My best advice for these questions was to buy a repair manual for your warrior Clymer. I have a 88 Warrior and a Clymer manual and changed the clutch in one night. This manual almost hold your hand when it comes to repairs. I tell you what tools to use the tool stores and you can do instead. Well worth $ 30.
