Rent Dune Buggies

Are there fun things to do outdoors, near Santa Cruz, as well as the gateway?
As of dune buggies, water rafting, or just some amazing places, coatal to rent and ride bicycles?
Of course there are other things to do. Hiking: Many of the parks in the area, including Pogonips and the Forest of Nisene Marks (where the epicenter of the quake was 89). Kayak and paddleboarding standing up: the right of rental in Santa Cruz or south 20-40 miles. Surf: Go take surf lessons. I suggest looking at stores in nearby Capitola and it will be less crowded than in Santa Cruz Cowell. Or check out the surf museum in the lighthouse of Pt vapor Lane /. Cycling: I am sure there are bike rental somewhere in Santa Cruz. serious road cyclists up and down Highway 1. Wilder Ranch, about 10 kilometers north of Santa Cruz, has nice easy trails along the spectacular coastline. Nearby rafting is about 3 hours away. I do not know buggy rental, but there some large sand dunes about 30 miles south of Marina. They do hang gliding if you are adventurous enough. If you are able to jump in the car, check out Monterrey about 40 miles to the south as well. In particular, the aquarium is not world class. There are more places to bike, and Pt Lobos, another 10 miles south is an awesome place for hiking.
