GTA San Andreas: first date?

Hello I am on this first date I have to do 4 different things, in the months im going after these guys in quad while shots. my question is inbetween each marker point (like after I have done 1 of the 4 challenges) I can save the game without fail the mission? thanks advance.

Each of the four markers is an independent mission, once they have completed one of them that are no longer a mission, and are therefore able to save between each of the four "$" missions. Good luck, and whatever you do, not anger. A fear America
